Cookie policy

This page explains what agence-dare-dare.fr stores in your browser (cookies and local storage), why and for how long, in line with article 82 of the French Data Protection Act and the CNIL guidelines. How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

1. Your choice, at any time

On your first visit, a banner offers three buttons of equal weight: Refuse, Customise and Accept. Until you answer, no Google or Pinterest tool is loaded on the page. You can accept or refuse each use separately, and change your mind at any time, just as easily:

A "Manage cookies" link also sits at the bottom of every page. Your choice is kept for 13 months if you accepted at least one use, 6 months if you refused everything; the banner is then shown again.

2. What does not need your consent

These items only make the site work. They are never shared or used to track you.

3. What needs your consent

Google cookie lifetimes are capped at 13 months by our settings. Cookies set on Google and Pinterest domains are also governed by their own policies: Google cookies, Pinterest cookies.

4. If you refuse

The site works fully. Pinterest images are replaced by a link to the original pin and a "Show Pinterest images" button: clicking it counts as consent for Pinterest only. If you withdraw a consent you gave, the page reloads to remove the tools concerned at once. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Where quote requests come from

If you accepted audience or advertising measurement, the site keeps, for the length of your visit, the page you arrived on and where the visit came from (Google click ID, campaign parameters). This is attached to your quote request if you send one. Without your consent, it is not stored.

6. Contact

Any question: contact@agence-dare-dare.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
