Last updated: 27 October 2026
Agence Dare-Dare takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, with which tools and for how long, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
1. Data controller
The controller of the personal data collected on this website is:
Agence Dare-Dare, Eva Dahan (managing director)
11 rue Joubert, 75009 Paris, France
Email: contact@agence-dare-dare.fr
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Quote request form: first and last name, email, phone (optional), company (optional), details of your project (type of event, date, number of guests, budget, city, message).
- Download forms for the free tools and the carbon footprint calculator: name, email, company and job title (optional), whether you agree to be contacted, and for the calculator the estimate you calculated.
- Technical information attached to a request: the page you wrote from and, only if you accepted audience or advertising measurement, the page you arrived on and where the visit came from (Google click identifier and campaign parameters). It tells us which pages and ads bring in requests.
No sensitive data (health, political opinions, religion, etc.) is collected.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your contact and quote requests, and send you an acknowledgement of receipt
- To send you the tool or estimate you asked for and, if you agreed, contact you about your projects
- To prepare a tailored proposal and manage our business relationship if you become a client
- To measure website audience and the effectiveness of our ads, only with your consent (see section 9)
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
4. Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (quote, proposal, sending the tool you asked for)
- Your consent, for measurement and advertising cookies, Pinterest images, and to be contacted after a download
- Our legitimate interest in managing client relationships and knowing where our requests come from
- Our legal obligations, for accounting and invoicing
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is only used by the Agence Dare-Dare team. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following providers, acting as processors:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co): delivers the website forms by email to our inbox contact@agence-dare-dare.fr and sends the acknowledgement of receipt.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited): the agency's email and, only with your consent, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads for audience and ad measurement.
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Calendly and WhatsApp: only if you choose to book a call or write to us through them; their own privacy policies then apply.
- Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd): some images on the site are embedded Pinterest pins. The Pinterest player only loads with your consent (cookie banner or the "Show Pinterest images" button).
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards set out in the GDPR (adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
6. How long we keep data
- Quote requests and prospects: 3 years from the last contact
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records
- Your cookie choice: 13 months if you accepted at least one use, 6 months if you refused everything
- Measurement and advertising cookies: 13 months maximum (details in our cookie policy)
7. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email contact@agence-dare-dare.fr; we reply within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
9. Cookies, audience measurement and advertising
On your first visit, a banner offers three buttons of equal weight: "Refuse", "Customise" and "Accept". Until you answer, and if you refuse, no Google or Pinterest tool is loaded: only your choice is remembered in your browser.
You can accept separately:
- audience measurement (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager): page views and journeys on the site, statistically, to understand what interests our visitors and improve the site;
- ad measurement (Google Ads): whether a visit from a Google ad leads to a quote request, and showing you our ads again on Google partner sites (remarketing);
- Pinterest images: the official Pinterest player, which may set its own cookies.
These tools are provided by Google Ireland Limited and Pinterest Europe Ltd. Learn more: Google privacy policy, Pinterest privacy policy. The full list, with durations, is in our cookie policy.
You can change your choice at any time, as easily as you gave it: manage my cookies, or the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect legal changes or our practices. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
