1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of agence-dare-dare.fr, published by Agence Dare-Dare (see our legal notice, in French). By browsing the site, you accept them. They only cover the website: our services are subject to a quote and to terms specific to each project.
2. Access
The site is free to access, with no account needed. We do our best to keep it available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control, without any liability on our part.
3. Published content and ideas
The texts, event ideas, concepts, tools and visuals on the site are provided for information and inspiration. They are neither a firm offer nor a commitment to a venue, a date or availability. Dates of third-party events (trade shows, festivals) are given from their official sources and should be checked with them.
The ideas presented in our Journal as "If we were…" are proposals from the agency: they are not presented as events produced for the brands mentioned.
4. Free tools and downloads
Some tools (checklists, timelines, calendars, calculator) can be downloaded in exchange for your contact details. They are provided for guidance, for personal use or use within your company. You may use and adapt them for your projects; reselling them or republishing them under another name is not allowed. Estimates (such as an event's carbon footprint) are indicative and not certified.
5. Forms and personal data
You agree to provide accurate information in our forms (quote request, download). How we process it is described in our privacy policy. Automated submissions and messages unrelated to a project may be filtered.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the site belongs to Agence Dare-Dare or to its authors. Pinterest pins are embedded with Pinterest's official player and link to their source; royalty-free photos are credited with their author and licence. Any reproduction of the agency's content without written permission is prohibited. You may quote a short excerpt with a link to the original page.
If you are the author of an image on the site and would like it removed or its credit changed, write to us and we will handle it straight away.
7. Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites (Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, official sources). We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Liability
We take care that the information published is accurate and update it regularly, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or error-free. You use the information and tools on the site at your own responsibility.
9. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, on the date shown at the top.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts alone shall have jurisdiction.
