Frequently asked questions

Everything
before you dare.

Frequently asked questions about our event agency

What types of events do you organize?+

We produce corporate parties, retreats & incentives, influencer events, press trips and product launches. Every format is tailor-made around your goals, your budget and your audience. We work on an intimate dinner as readily as on a show for several thousand: no limit on guest numbers.

Which brands have you worked with?+

Our team has produced for Samsung, Chanel, Dior, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Hermès, Longchamp, Mugler, Moët & Chandon, Deloitte, Pernod Ricard, BNP, Maybelline and Paris Blockchain Week. Every collaboration feeds our expertise and our network.

Which destinations do you cover?+

Three territories, one standard of excellence: Paris, Cannes and Morocco. On the Moroccan side, we cover Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez and Essaouira through a rigorously selected local vendor network. Taking your event elsewhere? We adapt, anywhere in the world.

What is your minimum lead time for an event?+

Reply within 24 hours; production possible in 72 hours for a dinner, ideally 2 to 3 months for a party, 4 to 6 months for a retreat abroad. Our agility lets us handle requests in 3 to 4 weeks when needed. That is what “dare-dare” means too.

How does your pricing work?+

We charge production fees calculated based on project complexity and duration. Vendor costs are passed on transparently. Every quote is detailed line by line. We adapt to your budget and provide recommendations accordingly.

What is your added value in Morocco?+

Our local knowledge, a rigorously selected vendor network (venues, caterers, transport, accommodation) and on-site presence hold the same level of standards we offer in France. We eliminate the risks of remote organization.

All questions
How does the first contact work?+

It all starts with a conversation, by phone, video or in person, to understand your project, expectations and constraints. We then send you a detailed proposal with venue recommendations, concept and estimated budget. No commitment at this stage.

How much does a corporate party cost?+

On a detailed line-by-line quote (venue, catering, technical, scenography, fees), with a reply within 24 hours. To understand the cost items of a corporate party, read our article on the budget of a corporate party in Paris.

How many guests do you produce events for?+

No limit on guest numbers: from an intimate dinner to a show for several thousand guests, including client evenings and brand concerts. Every detail is orchestrated by a dedicated project lead, whatever the size.

Can you organise a retreat or incentive in Marrakech?+

Yes. We are our own DMC in Morocco, between Paris and Casablanca: private riads, the Agafay desert, hotels, transfers, rooming, closing night. We also coordinate Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez and Essaouira with local suppliers we know first-hand.

What is an unexpected launch?+

It is launching a product in a venue nobody expects: a fashion collection in a laundromat, a champagne in a late-night grocery store, jewellery in a bakery. A common thread from the invitation to the morning after, and content that shoots itself.

How quickly do we get a reply and a proposal?+

Reply within 24 hours, then a detailed proposal (concept, venue, line-by-line budget); production possible in 72 hours for a dinner, ideally 2 to 3 months for a party. A 15-minute call is enough to get started.
