about our wedding planning
Most foreign couples marry in a civil ceremony in their own country, then celebrate a secular ceremony in Marrakech. A civil marriage in Morocco is possible in some cases, but the procedure depends on the nationality and religion of the spouses: check with your town hall and consulate before committing.
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November). Summer is very hot during the day, winter cool in the evening, especially in the desert. Also check the dates of Ramadan, which change every year.
The earlier you plan, the wider the choice. In Marrakech, allow 3 to 6 months: the most beautiful venues go early in spring and autumn. Tell us your date, we reply within 24 hours.
The simplest is to book a whole riad or estate that hosts part of the guests, then complete with nearby hotels. In the Palmeraie, some villas combine accommodation and reception.
