What is a team building agency?

A team building agency designs moments that bring a team closer through shared action: a workshop, a challenge, a treasure hunt, a day in the wild. Agence Dare-Dare produces them in Paris, in Morocco, where we are our own DMC, and in Cannes, in venues participants do not expect, with a dedicated project lead. Each format is written for your team, never copied from a catalogue.

The proposal

A concept, a venue, an hour-by-hour running order, mixed teams. Two or three options, a line-by-line budget.

Production

Venues, speakers, equipment, meals, transfers, a written plan B. You approve, we execute.

The day and the debrief

A dedicated project lead on site, briefed hosts, then a debrief: attendance, photos, feedback from the team.

Team building is a shared moment designed to bring a team closer through doing something together: a workshop, a challenge, a treasure hunt, a day outdoors. Done well, it feels like a good day out rather than an exercise, and everyone finds their place whatever their level or fitness.
Creative workshops, cooking challenges, treasure hunts in exceptional Paris venues, days in the Agafay desert and workshops in a riad in Morocco, a friendly regatta in Cannes. Each format is designed for your team and your goals.
From 10 people to several hundred, in mixed teams so that departments meet. The maximum depends on the format and the venue: sailing or the desert need more logistics than a workshop in a room.
Allow 2 to 3 months for team building in Paris or Cannes, and 4 to 6 months for a day in Morocco or for a large group (accommodation, transfers). On a tight schedule, 3 to 4 weeks is possible for a workshop in Paris.
We do not publish standard prices: the budget depends on the format, the venue, the number of participants, the length and transport. We reply within 24 hours with an itemised, line-by-line quote.
Yes. Team building fits into a retreat, an incentive or a corporate party: a workshop in the morning, lunch on site, a closing evening at night, in Paris as in Morocco.
Diets, allergies, alcohol-free meals and step-free access are asked about from the brief. Activities are graded so everyone can take part, and an alternative is planned for anyone who cannot do the main activity.
Yes: in Morocco, where we are our own DMC (Agafay desert, Marrakech, Essaouira), in Cannes, and elsewhere on request.
Every format has a written plan B: an indoor fallback for a workshop or a treasure hunt, a tent in the desert. In Morocco we favour March to May and September to November, and we avoid the hottest hours of the day.
