New Year events usually take place from the second to the last week of January. The most sought-after venues are booked from November: write to us as soon as the date is set and we check availability within 24 hours.
It depends on the management's message and on your teams: a brunch for a simple, friendly moment, a dinner for a more formal setting, a year-launch evening when there is a strategy to share. We always propose two or three options.
The budget depends on the venue, the day, the format, the caterer, the technical set-up and the number of guests. We do not publish standard prices: we reply within 24 hours with an itemised, line-by-line quote.
Yes: a stage or a simple lectern, sound, lighting, screen, filming, and a timed running order so the speech lasts a few minutes and the party starts on time.
