Three ideas
for Paris.

The venue tells the story of the product: the more unexpected it is, the easier it is to tell and to film.

Iconic venues and unusual ones:
we have both.

The capacities below come from our guides; they are reconfirmed with each venue and for each date.

Iconic venues, with their capacities

Museums and monuments

  • Louvre Pyramid: 300 to 800 guests; access through the Carrousel, installation very tightly supervised.
  • Carrousel du Louvre: modular spaces for very large formats.
  • Musée d'Orsay: a 138 m nave, up to 1,500 guests for a cocktail; acoustics to be handled.
  • Eiffel Tower, private lounges: 50 to 300 guests; safety files required, drones banned.
  • Palais Brongniart: 200 to 2,000 guests.

Hotels, venues and foundations

  • The Ritz Paris: 30 to 150 guests, the opposite of volume.
  • Moulin Rouge: 200 to 800 guests, privatised: show, dinner, backstage access.
  • Piscine Molitor: 100 to 400 guests; the pool acoustics and the guest flows through the spa need to be known.
  • Fondation Louis Vuitton: 200 to 600 guests, 350-seat auditorium.
  • Hôtel de Ville: the forecourt for the general public, the state rooms inside.

Rooftops and unusual venues

Rooftops

Best season from May to September; we never book a roof without a plan B.

  • Landmarks: Le Perchoir, Le Georges on the top floor of the Centre Pompidou, Les Ombres on the roof of the quai Branly museum, Kong above the Pont-Neuf, the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann terrace.
  • To check: seated or standing capacity, music curfew, lifts, step-free access.
  • Read: book a rooftop in Paris.

Unusual venues

A launderette, a late-night corner shop, a newsstand, a petrol station, a tennis club, a bakery.

Neighbourhood by neighbourhood,
the Paris that suits you.

Choosing an event agency in Paris also means reading a map: where your guests arrive, how far they walk, what they see on the way out. This is how we read the city.

Louvre, Palais-Royal, Vendôme (1st)

The Louvre Pyramid and Carrousel for very large formats, place Vendôme and the Ritz Paris for a small circle. These are luxury-house addresses, with strict access and installation rules that we plan for from the brief. They suit a client dinner, a collection presentation or a brand evening.

Bourse, Opéra, Grands Boulevards (2nd, 9th)

Palais Brongniart, on place de la Bourse, holds 200 to 2,000 guests; the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann terrace looks over the Opéra. Our office is on rue Joubert, in the 9th: a venue visit is a walk.

Marais and Hôtel de Ville (3rd, 4th)

Private mansions, the state rooms of the Hôtel de Ville, and Le Georges on the top floor of the Centre Pompidou. A Paris of stone and history, for seated dinners, press receptions and launches that want character.

Eiffel Tower, Orsay, Auteuil (7th, 16th)

The Eiffel Tower's private lounges, the nave of the Musée d'Orsay, Les Ombres on the roof of the quai Branly museum, then, further west, Piscine Molitor and the Fondation Louis Vuitton. These are monuments: their safety files and installation hours are filed very early.

Pigalle and Montmartre (18th)

The Moulin Rouge can be privatised for 200 to 800 guests, with a show, dinner and backstage access. A night-time neighbourhood, for evenings that want a striking arrival.

Unusual venues

Launderettes, late-night corner shops, newsstands, tennis clubs, bakeries: everyday Paris becomes a launch set, in almost every arrondissement.

The method

One venue, one concept,
one team.

01

The brief

We listen: ambition, guest count, date, audience, constraints, budget. We restate it in your words before looking for a venue.

02

The proposal

Two or three venues, a concept, a scenography, an itemised budget. Tailor-made, never copy-paste.

03

Production

Vendors, show running, a schedule counted back from the day. You approve, we execute.

04

The day and the debrief

We stay in the shadows so you step into the spotlight, then we debrief with figures: attendance, press coverage, photos and videos.

Frequently asked questions
about our Paris event agency

It designs and produces an event from A to Z: concept, venue, scenography, catering, technical, invitations, welcome and show running on the day. Agence Dare-Dare does it for corporate parties, launches, influencer events, press trips, prestige dinners and team building, with a dedicated project lead.
It depends on the format and the image you want. The 1st (Louvre, Vendôme) for prestige, the 2nd and 9th (Palais Brongniart, Opéra) for large volumes, the 3rd and 4th (Marais, Hôtel de Ville) for character, the 7th and 16th (Eiffel Tower, Orsay, Molitor) for monuments, the 18th (Moulin Rouge) for a show. We always propose two or three venues.
Yes: creative workshops, cooking challenges and treasure hunts in exceptional venues, for teams from a handful of people to several hundred. The detail is on our team building agency page.
In Paris, at 11 rue Joubert (75009). We produce across the Paris region, in France, in Cannes and in Morocco.
Museums, hotels, theatres, rooftops and unusual places: the Louvre Pyramid, the Ritz Paris, the Moulin Rouge, Palais Brongniart, Piscine Molitor, Fondation Louis Vuitton, the Hôtel de Ville, but also a launderette, a late-night corner shop or a newsstand. We always propose two or three venues.
A dinner can be produced in 72 hours. Allow 2 to 3 months for a launch, 4 to 6 months for an end-of-year party, several months for a rooftop in season, and months for the Eiffel Tower (safety file).
Yes, mostly from May to September. We never book a roof without a plan B (tent, covered structure or indoor room), with a decision time fixed the day before or on the day. Capacities, music curfews and access are checked with each venue.
Depending on the project: a SACEM music declaration, a temporary town-hall permit for alcohol outside a licensed venue, a permit for public space or filming in the street, maximum capacity and security for a venue open to the public. We check them for every event with the prefecture or the town hall.
Corporate parties, product launches, influencer events, press trips, prestige dinners and short retreats. From a dinner for 10 to a show for several thousand: no guest-count limit.
The budget depends on the venue, the day, the length, the caterer and the number of guests. We do not publish standard prices: we reply within 24 hours with an itemised, line-by-line quote. The cost items are explained in our guide to the budget of a corporate party in Paris.
