Luxury event scenography
agency in Paris

A venue becomes a brand house for one night: concept, set, lighting, furniture, guest journey. Designed, built and installed by our team.

What is event scenography?

Event scenography is the design of an event's space: set, lighting, furniture, signage and guest journey, conceived as one story in the service of a brand. Decoration dresses a venue; scenography draws what guests see, walk through and photograph, from arrival to exit. Agence Dare-Dare designs, builds and installs the scenography of luxury events in Paris, Cannes and Morocco. Our team produced scenography for Dior, Chanel, Longchamp, Moët & Chandon and Deloitte, at the Louvre, the Ritz Paris and Palais Brongniart.

Seven moves,
one idea.

This is what we design in an event scenography, from the first sketch to the last bolt: every move follows from the concept, and what does not follow from it is removed.

Concept

One simple, strong idea that sets the thread for the set, the objects and the story of the night. What does not follow from it is removed.

Set design

Volumes, materials, flowers, structures: a set drawn for the venue, heavy or light depending on the project, never stuck on.

Lighting

A lighting plan, projections, architecture and products brought out, designed for photo and video too.

Furniture and table

Rental, sourcing or bespoke fabrication: seating, bars, set tables, tableware, linen, flowers.

Signage

Welcome, cloakroom, bar, exits: signage drawn with the art direction, clear and in the brand’s tone.

Guest journey

From arrival to exit: zones, key moments, flows, how many people at once. Each zone has its own surface, set and lighting.

Fabrication and installation

Workshops, deliveries, night installation, safety checks, then dismantling and what becomes of the set. Our team runs it all.

What we check before we draw

The venue

  • Access, goods lift, set-up hours, floor loads
  • Capacity, clear emergency exits, step-free access
  • Electrical power and rigging points

The set

  • Fire-rated materials, to check for each venue
  • No third-party artwork or logo without agreement
  • Rental and reuse first, a plan for afterwards

More houses,
more stages.

Monuments, hotels, rooftops,
unusual venues.

The rules of each venue are checked before the set is drawn: access, set-up hours, loads, safety.

Monuments and museums

Louvre Pyramid and Carrousel, Musée d'Orsay, Palais Brongniart: huge volumes, tightly supervised installation. 10 venues for an event in Paris.

Hotels, halls and pools

Ritz Paris, Moulin Rouge, Molitor pool: places with a soul, which scenography reveals without covering. Event agency in Paris.

Rooftops and unexpected places

A roof, a launderette, a corner shop: the set tells the brand story, with a plan B for the weather. A fashion launch in a launderette.

Frequently asked questions
about event scenography

It is the design of an event's space: set, lighting, furniture, signage and guest journey, conceived as one story in the service of a brand. It is worked for a specific venue, from arrival to exit, then built, installed and dismantled.
Decoration dresses a venue with chosen elements. Scenography starts from the journey: it decides where guests enter, what they see first, where they stop and how the light guides them, then draws the set and furniture accordingly.
Five steps: the brief, the concept, fabrication, installation with the day itself, then dismantling and the debrief. The concept delivers a plan per zone, a lighting direction, materials and a line-by-line budget; fabrication follows a schedule counted back from the day.
Allow 2 to 3 months for a standard event and 4 to 6 months for a complex or international project. On a tight schedule, 3 to 4 weeks is possible if the set stays light and the fabrication simple. The venue sets the calendar too: a monument needs a safety file and a tightly supervised installation, sometimes months ahead.
We do not publish standard prices: every scenography is bespoke and quoted. The budget depends on the venue, the surface, the share of custom fabrication versus rental, lighting and installation hours. We reply within 24 hours with an itemised, line-by-line quote.
Exceptional venues such as the Louvre Pyramid and Carrousel, Musée d'Orsay, Palais Brongniart, the Ritz Paris, the Moulin Rouge or the Molitor pool, as well as rooftops and unexpected places. We check each venue's rules (access, floor loads, installation hours, safety) before drawing the set.
Yes, it is a starting point: rental and reuse before fabrication, local materials when possible, and a plan for what happens to the set afterwards. Sets follow each venue's safety rules, including fire-rated materials. Our CSR charter details our commitments.
Yes: Cannes and the French Riviera, Morocco where we are our own DMC, and elsewhere on request. A set designed in Paris can be built on site with local craftspeople, or shipped when schedule and logistics allow.
Our team has produced scenography for Dior, Chanel, Longchamp, Moët & Chandon and Deloitte, at the Louvre, the Ritz Paris and Palais Brongniart.
Yes. A retreat, a launch or a corporate party all gain from scenography: it gives the venue the identity of the brand. See our corporate retreat, product launch and corporate party agency pages.
