Deloitte set design at the Carrousel du Louvre
Method

How we produce an event: How we
produce.

A strong idea is only worth it if it is produced flawlessly. Here is how we work, from the first call to the debrief.

01

Four steps, zero bad surprises

  • The brief. We really listen. Your ambition, your constraints, your budget: everything starts there.
  • The proposal. A clear vision: concept, venues, scenography, detailed budget. Tailor-made, never copy-paste.
  • The production. We orchestrate everything: suppliers, logistics, production, timing. You approve, we deliver.
  • The day and the debrief. On the day, we stay in the shadows so you take the spotlight. Then we debrief, figures in hand.
02

Who your contact will be

A dedicated project lead, from the first call to the debrief. They know your brief, your guests and your constraints, and they are the one you call at every step.

On the day, a production manager runs the schedule on site, with welcome teams and suppliers we know first-hand.

03

What your quote includes

A detailed line-by-line quote, so you can read your budget with no grey areas:

  • Venue and private hire
  • Catering and drinks, alcohol-free menu included
  • Technical: sound, lighting, video
  • Scenography, decor and furniture
  • Entertainment, artists, DJ
  • Welcome staff and security
  • Our fees, stated separately

Every proposal includes a “wow” option and a responsible alternative. You approve each step: concept, venue, budget, then run of show.

04

On the day

  • A minute-by-minute schedule, shared with you and every supplier
  • A written plan B: weather, delays, a missing supplier
  • A production manager on site, from set-up to load-out
  • A mid-evening check: restocking, timing, the unexpected
05

What we check for you

  • The venue: safety, capacity, set-up constraints
  • Accessibility for guests with reduced mobility
  • Alcohol-free: a menu as carefully crafted as the other
  • Dietary needs and allergies of your guests
  • Large audiences: welcome, cloakroom, flows
  • French alcohol advertising law: alcohol is never the hero
06

After the event

A debrief: what worked, guest feedback, the photos, and what we would improve next time.
