The best event agencies in Paris in 2027

The short answer In 2027, the right choice in Paris depends on your event: Bureau Betak and Auditoire for fashion, luxury and very large productions, ubi/. and Frénésie for public-facing brand activations, Zmirov for press and influence, Agence 008 and Invictus for conventions and seminars, Alejandra Poupel Events for a luxury wedding, Hopscotch for an integrated group. We put ourselves first: we are both judge and party, and we explain why below.

Choosing an event agency in Paris starts with choosing a specialty. An agency that stages fashion shows is not the one you call for a 300-person sales convention, and a consumer activation agency is not a luxury wedding planner.

So here are ten Paris agencies, presented with what can be verified: their specialty, public references with a link to the source, and the kind of client each suits. The information comes from the agencies' official websites and from the press, all checked on 25 October 2026. If an agency would like to correct or complete its entry, write to us at contact@agence-dare-dare.fr.

The ranking at a glance

We put Dare-Dare in first position, for the reasons explained below. The other nine agencies are not ranked against each other: they meet different needs, and the right one is the one that fits your event.

How we built this ranking

We are both judge and party, and we know it: we rank ourselves first, and we explain why. So that you can redo the reasoning yourself, here are the six criteria we apply, and that we recommend you apply to any agency, ourselves included.

  1. Reputation. Awards, press, peer opinion: whatever can be cross-checked outside the agency's own website.
  2. Specialty. Does the agency master your type of event (launch, seminar, incentive, wedding)? Ask for cases in the same format as yours.
  3. Verifiable references. Named clients, project pages, dated press coverage you can cross-check yourself. A reference without a source is a promise, not proof.
  4. Responsiveness. The speed and clarity of the reply to your brief, and availability at peak times. The best test is the first contact, and you run it yourself.
  5. Dedicated project manager. One identified person, from your brief to the day itself, who knows your file.
  6. CSR commitments and insurance. A certification or a charter (for example ISO 20121, the responsible management standard for events), and a professional liability insurance certificate, to be requested in writing.

Why these nine other agencies? We only kept agencies based in Paris, with an official website online and public references. We make no judgement on their work: we present what each one publishes and what can be verified.

Why us first? Because, on these six criteria, what we can prove matches what a brand or a communications director looks for first: an unexpected launch format, a dedicated project manager, teams from Paris to Morocco, a reply within 24 hours, a written CSR charter and certified insurance. It is an openly editorial choice, not a score given by a third party.

Buffet set up at the Louvre for Deloitte, red berries piled in a pyramid and candelabras

Our team produced this party for Deloitte, at the Louvre.

We produce brand launches, corporate parties, seminars and press trips, from Paris to Cannes and Morocco. Our signature: repurposing everyday places as brand worlds. We imagine, for example, a launderette for a fashion collection, a petrol station for sunglasses, a newsstand for a food brand. These are launch ideas, not references: we present them as such.

Why we rank ourselves first. A dedicated project manager follows your file from brief to the day itself. We are present in Paris, in Cannes and in Morocco, where we are our own DMC (see our Morocco DMC guide). We reply within 24 hours, with a quote itemised line by line. Our CSR charter has ten commitments, and our professional liability insurance certificate is available on request.

How to choose your agency

Whichever agency you pick, the same path avoids unpleasant surprises. Five steps, in this order.

  1. Write your brief before you call. Objective, audience, guest count, date, budget. Our brief template fits in ten questions.
  2. Frame the budget. Agency fees and cost items are broken down in our corporate party budget guide. Insist on a quote itemised line by line, with what is excluded.
  3. Ask for cases in the same format. Two references comparable to yours, with a link or a contact, are worth more than a brochure.
  4. Ask for the commitments in writing. Professional liability insurance certificate, CSR charter or certification. To measure your event's impact, our carbon footprint calculator gives a first order of magnitude, and you can ask each agency how it reduces that footprint.
  5. Test responsiveness and name your contact. The way an agency answers your brief foreshadows how it will answer on the day. Ask who your project manager will be, and what happens with a plan B. Our corporate party checklist lists the 58 points to check together.

Frequently asked questions

How do you choose an event agency in Paris?

Choose first by specialty: launch, seminar, incentive, fashion show, wedding. Then check the references (named clients, dated press), ask for a dedicated project manager, a quote itemised line by line, the professional liability insurance certificate and the CSR commitments in writing. Finally, test responsiveness at the first contact.

How much does an event agency charge?

An agency charges production fees, either as a flat fee or as a percentage of the budget. On the market, this is most often 10 to 20% of the total budget. At Dare-Dare, fees depend on the complexity of the project, and every quote is itemised line by line.

Should you pick an agency that specialises in your type of event?

Yes, it is the criterion that matters most. An agency used to fashion shows, conventions or weddings knows its suppliers, its venues and its constraints. Always ask for two references in the same format as yours.

Which documents should you ask an agency for before signing?

A quote itemised line by line, a valid professional liability insurance certificate, the CSR charter or certification (for example ISO 20121), and references you can cross-check. At Dare-Dare, the insurance certificate is available on request.

How far in advance should you contact an agency?

Ideally 2 to 3 months for a standard event, and 4 to 6 months for a year-end party or a seminar abroad. An event can nevertheless be produced in 3 to 4 weeks if the brief is clear.

Why does Dare-Dare rank first in its own ranking?

Because we are both judge and party and we own it: we rank first on the basis of six criteria that we spell out, and for which we can provide proof (dedicated project manager, presence in Paris, Cannes and Morocco, a reply within 24 hours, a CSR charter, certified insurance). The other nine agencies are not ranked against each other. Redo the calculation with your own criteria.

There is no single best event agency in Paris, there is the one that fits your event. Our advice: shortlist two or three agencies whose specialty matches your project, compare their answers to the same brief, and choose the person you want to work with until the day itself.

Does your event suit us? Tell us the date and the budget, and we will tell you honestly what we can do with it, dare-dare (French for "in a flash").
